Received advanced training of more than 650 hours on a 3-year period at the Montreux YogaCenter.
She followed different Intensive Teacher Training with Chuck Miller in Paris 2012 and Maty Ezraty in Berlin 2012.
From 7 to 20 years old, she practiced intensive Kyukushin Karate IFK (International Federation Karate). She was a member of the Swiss National Team, and developed her art all the way to the Black Belt, 2nd DAN level.
Since 2008, she has rediscovered her spiritual and physical inspiration within the path of yoga.
Ardiana teaches hatha yoga, acroyoga, prenatal yoga, yoga with baby and kids yoga, in private and collective settings, in French, German, and English, at the YogaCenter.
