Silvia Romani practices and teaches Hatha, Yin and Flow Yoga. She founded a modern yoga Style, called Shiva Flow, that, starting from the traditional myth of the peak develops an original sequence that follows the tale and prepare the body to the asana. In 2003 she founded, with her husband, CentrOlistico in Milan where they teach classes and Teacher Trainings of Hatha, Flow, Ashtanga and Yin Yoga.
