I have lived all over the United States. Currently living in Dubuque, Iowa teaching yoga and seeing clients as an Ayurveda Health Counselor at an integrative medical clinic. I follow classical eight limbed Ashtanga Yoga teachings.

I completed my RYT 200, and RYT300, Ayurveda Health Counselor, and Ayurveda Yoga Therapy training at Mount Madonna Center in California. I am currently the Program Coordinator for the online YTT200 teacher training at the Center.

I also hold a Professional Member standing with the National Ayurvedic Medical Association as an Ayurveda Health Counselor. I am certified as a Ayurveda Yoga Therapist with IAYT.

I am a certified Yoga Warrior International teacher certified to teach yoga and meditation to people living with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Combat Stress Disorder.

I have trained with John Kinyon in Non-violent Communication and am a conflict mediator.

Certified as a HeartMath Practitioner with additional certification in trauma based practices.

Training with Eleanor Criswell-Hanna in Somatic Yoga.

I enjoy incorporating meditation, breathing exercises, yoga postures, and ayurvedic theory into my teaching.
