Yoga has been a great love of my life.  I am so grateful to have found a practice and home in the Ashtanga Vinyasa method in 1995 (in Montreal)..... and have since traveled the world practicing and teaching Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative yoga among other styles.  In 2005 I founded Yoga Mala studio (in Regina) which grew to include the Yoga Mala Learning centre.   It has been a great honour to offer both 200hr and 300hr teacher training courses for many years, .  I am happy to say that I still have a deep passion for teaching, and am ever thankful for being able to share this journey with so many beautiful souls.
