Ellen Mosko is an E/RYT-500, YACEP  with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).  Ellen specializes in Alignment Based Yoga, Yin and Restorative Yoga and leads teacher trainings in the Tri-State area.  With a keen interest in anatomy and Ayurveda she continues her studies in both areas to increase body awareness through asana and a daily routine of self-care.
