Ashok is a Corporate Wellness Coach & Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) of Yoga Alliance.
He has completed his Bachelors in Engineering andthe Executive Program in Business Management from IIM, Kolkata.
He has worked with various telecom companies (Tata Docomo, AT&T, Motorola, Lucent Technologies, Airtel, Reliance Infocom ) in India and USA. Ashok’s last job was with Tata Docomo as General Manager. He resigned from this post in 2012 and started working as a full-time Wellness Coach/Yoga Teacher.
Ashok has practiced intense yoga for several months under the eminent guidance of Girija B Nair at Kochi, Kerala in 2004. After that, he went on to learn advanced Kriya Techniques at Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga in 2007. In 2009, he completed his Teachers Training Program at Art of Living Center, Bangalore. He completed his Yoga Teacher Training from Himalayan Yoga Institute in 2012. He has been teaching yoga andmeditation programs since 2008.
He is the Founder & Director of Bodhi Yoga Institute, Hyderabad.
