I began as a student of yoga in 2002, and soon began to pursue certification to  teach yoga because of my passion for anatomy and movement.
I teach a meditative style flow, men's yoga, yin yoga, and level 1&2 classes. I also teach workshops on myofascial tissue as it applies to movement and breath. I received a 200 hr. certification, in 2009 and 500 hr. in 2013 from the Pranakriya Yoga School.  I now teach two programs to students looking for advanced trainings for Marlysa Sullivan's Center for Integrative Yoga Studies.
