Jill has been practicing and teaching yoga and fitness for over 13 years. Jill has travelled all over the world allowing the wind and her heart to guide her. She travelled to India and Nepal where she lived at an Ashram on the banks of the Ganges River high in the Himalayas for a month deepening her practice. Jill’s fitness training background fused with her knowledge of Yoga and Pilates makes for an always interesting and challenging practice. Jill is passionate about creating fun and dynamic routines to keep her students engaged and present while challenging them to reach their full potential. She loves to combine all her favorite elements of Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Power, Pilates and Fitness Training to create a full spectrum of physical and spiritual wellness for her students.
