Our goal is to provide students with a beautiful, peaceful, and nurturing environment where everyone can ebb and flow freely through the evolution of their personal yoga practice; an environment that encourages spiritual growth where students will feel inspired, comfortable and confident growing and advancing in their yogic practices.

For us, yoga is more than just asana; it is a way of life. It is a simple, pure, conscious, healthy lifestyle that offers countless positive benefits and no ill effects. It is a way of life that encourages re-connection with our authentic selves. It encourages us to become present, to build awareness within the body and mind, to lose the ego, foster acceptance, and to detach from external stimuli. The yogic lifestyle teaches us to free ourselves from the mind noise that results in stress while developing a strong healthy body. Through regular practice of Patanjali’s 8 fold path, ashtanga yoga, practitioners will find themselves free from pain and suffering. This is the end result after one has become completely present, physically and mentally pure, strong, and focused.

It is our wish to share our experiences, wisdom, and knowledge of this ancient science with everyone who has a desire to deepen their practice. All of our inspirational teachers teach what they love, what they are passionate about, and they teach with compassion and always from the heart.

Our dedicated teachers are here to guide each yoga practitioner through the evolution of their yoga practice and help facilitate the practitioner’s spiritual and personal growth. Whether an experienced student or someone just beginning their journey, everyone is welcome. Our wish is to create a spiritual refuge for the yoga community; A place where you can come to be free, to share, learn, laugh, become inspired, evolve, practice and grow.

Very well structured and exceptional 200 hour course. I found the lead teacher Sachin an excellent teacher with true and authentic knowledge of yoga and meditation techniques which has enabled me to bloom into a confident yogi. I am also happy with the yoga philosophy part of the course as the teacher was so kind and lovely. Unfortunately I didn’t meet Shara but I would believe Shara and Sachin together would make this course even more perfect. I’m grateful for the teaching I received at Suddha Anand and can’t wait to begin my journey as a yoga teacher. Full Review
