About Houston Yoga and Ayurveda Ashram Corp.

Houston Yoga & Ayurveda is the premier Yoga & Ayurveda Center located in NW Houston. Situated on nearly 3 acres of tranquil nature and a stand-alone 3,000 sq ft house we offer everything from in-door Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative Yoga as well as on our unique Texas-style 1,000 sq ft outdoor yoga deck.

The combination of expert and certified ayurvedic consultation, yoga and ayurveda training, panchakarma, and yoga practice the way it was meant to be, make this center stand out in every way.

Sharon Kapp, the owner, is a NAMA certified ayurvedic practitioner as well as recognized by IAYT. She also holds multiple certificates in Thai Yoga, Reiki, and more.

She came into contact with both areas at an early age in Pune, India where B.K.S. Iyengar and Dr. Vasant Lad provided inspiration and early education.
