ASRAM Jogakozpont was founded in 2005 and is one of the oldest yoga studios in Budapest, Hungary.  We offer 120 classes per week, in a total of five rooms in our two locations. These include traditional hatha yoga, vinyasa flow, astanga, prenatal, Mom and Baby, kids,...

ASRAM Jogakozpont was founded in 2005 and is one of the oldest yoga studios in Budapest, Hungary. 

We offer 120 classes per week, in a total of five rooms in our two locations. These include traditional hatha yoga, vinyasa flow, astanga, prenatal, Mom and Baby, kids, gentle yoga, yin yoga, pilates, tai chi, meditation classes. We also offer a wide range of trainings for teachers as well as courses for yoga students. We run a the www.jogamania.hu webshop, with many yoga mats, props, books and other yoga related products. You can rent a room by us, between 5-65 m2. We offer classes in English as well, which are popular among expats living in Budapest as well as visitors to our beautiful city. 

ASRAM Jogakozpont has been offering popular yoga teacher trainings in Hungary with a variety of highly experienced trainers. From May 2014 our trainings are registered with Yoga Alliance and we continue to operate as a RYS 200.
