DEVAYA YOGA and the ALTERNATIVE ARTS CENTER is a 200 and 500 hour yoga school.  DEVAYA YOGA is a registered mark where we incorporate the use of color and sound while practicing asanas as well as vinyasa flow(s).  DEVAYA YOGA is a Kripalu-Anusara-Kundalini inspired experience in which every-body (young and young-at-heart, big and small, athlete and couch potatoe) can practice this style of yoga and immediately experience its kundalini activating affects of improved well-BEing, physically-mentally and spiritually.  The learning environment is experiential in nature, fostering our own unique interpretation of Devaya Yoga so that each trainee is authentic in their nature.
Devaya Yoga naturally engenders the Ayurveda approach to life, of which yoga is a limb used to create radiant health and a vibrant way of BEing which includes the diet, mantra, mudra as well as color BREATHING, certifying a well-educated yoga instructor.
