About Savasanation Yoga Academy

Savasanation Yoga Academy (formerly Samskara Yoga School) offers Yoga Teacher Training programs that focus on the full understanding of Yoga as a lifelong practice that moves beyond the yoga mat. Our lineage is Ashtanga-based and our teacher training programs reflect a strong dedication to the craft of teaching Yoga. We also include Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, and Yoga Accessibility in all of our training programs. The trainers and teachers at Samskara Yoga School provide insight and opportunities for all YTT students to develop their own voice, teaching style, or understanding of how yoga serves as a holistic, mind-body practice in their own lives. Our programs are physically and mentally challenging and our students leave with the tools and wisdom to step into a classroom to teach.

Our teacher trainings are held online and at various studios in the U.S. We keep our training cohorts small in order to provide the best educational environment possible.
