Amy, Michael, and Missy of Yoga One San Diego are incredible Yoga instructors and YTT trainers. They all have a deep breadth of knowledge and experience and generously share this with their students. The course is a deep dive into the foundations of being a Yoga Teacher. The course readings, literature, and Yoga One Training Manual are all great introductions for yogis just beginning to learn more about the philosophy and foundations of Yoga. The curriculum focused a lot on the alignment principles and they had a physical therapist come in twice throughout the course to talk more in depth about the muscles, skeleton, and other key body parts salient in yoga. There were a lot of practice teachings peppered in throughout the course, which was so great! Amy, Michael, and Missy were kind and patient and provided a safe space to begin practice teaching. If you are looking to become a teacher or if you are looking to deepen your practice, the Yoga One YTT is an amazing program. Enjoy! Full Review

I absolutely LOVED my training. The 300 Hour course was my second training at the studio and I couldn't be happier with the work that they do. Yoga One makes everyone feel included and safe in the space. The course is full of information and they present it in such a way that it is digestible and enjoyable. I would recommend Yoga One to any aspiring teacher out there looking to dig deeper into the world of yoga. Full Review
