I would strongly recommend this 200hr Yoga Teacher Training program. Alina has a wide breadth of yoga expertise and she is a life long learner and who easily communicates information with her students. My classes were online (still some covid protocols) and I feel that it was adapted extremely well (hands on assists were presented but of course different than being physically present). She included guest speakers (e.g. a yoga teacher with a traumatic brain injury) and subject matter experts who added depth and practical information to the training. Teaching began the very first day (to our classmates) and while I was anxious at first, it proved to be such a valuable experience as I graduated feeling ready to lead my first public yoga class. Alina continues to offer mentorship that allows for continued learning and support. Full Review

Alina and Lynn were absolutely lovely teachers. Their care and dedication to continuous knowledge in anatomy, spirituality and teaching is inspiring and learning from them was such a blessing. Full Review
