I recently graduated from my 200 hour teacher training through Yoga Aims Studio in Gadsden AL with Aimee Quizon. I thouroughly enjoyed every moment of my time with her. Aimee is very well versed in Yoga and its rich history and has an amazing way of taking the time to share that knowledge with you. She always makes herself available to you day or night. She is very authentic in her teaching style and is careful with her words. She has a true desire to pass correct knowledge to others. I left the training feeling confident in the knowledge she had passed on to me as well as more compassionate to myself and others thanks to Aimee.I would highly recommend teacher training with Aimee.
