Redefine normal. Believe in magic. Live IN love.

Yoga is a way of moving, evolving, BEING, in which we learn to let go of tension and face challenges with ease. When we find balance – ease within effort – our mind, body, and soul become powerful. We are able to make space in our lives for peace, inspiration, strength, and creativity. We are able to optimize our lives on every level – from state of mind and physique all the way down to neurology.

Open your heart. Discover your passion. Learn to share it.

Anna's joie de vivre is contagious, empowering those around her to shine. Her loving, playful style of teaching yoga instills confidence in students of all levels as she illuminates their strengths, gently guiding them toward their higher potential. Leading by example – Anna lives her yoga through passionate dedication to the practice. As a transformational leader she motivates heightened physical awareness, spiritual consciousness, and self-discovery – inspiring others to live life to the fullest, on and off the mat.

These Yoga Teacher Trainings are designed with love. 200 and 300 hours of intensive study, practice, and application are... Packed with light – laughter, inversion play, hands-on experience. Snuggled in depth – discussion, restoration, personal exploration. Delivered by an extraordinary team of asana, anatomy, and philosophy experts.

Anna's tribes' belief in yoga as a sustainable, preventative lifestyle leads to intense study of asana relevant anatomy, incorporating elements of Eastern holistic systems. Her team's adoration of yoga philosophy is sprinkled throughout the entire course, showcasing the ancient texts, mantras, and languages' relevance to the modern practice and the art of guiding. And her love of rockin playlists is shared daily!

The aim is to assist each student in finding their own practice, wherever that is NOW - to discover where their true passion lies, and to nurture that deep rooted affection that fuels the joy to maintain a strong self-practice, and the ability and authenticity to share it with others. The focus is on the individual voice, identifying and cultivating it by providing the practical knowledge and resources to make it effective.
