Samanova Yoga combines the ancient wisdom of yoga with the modern science of today through vinyasa and aerial yoga.

Lindsay Nova, the director of Samanova Yoga, provides a well-rounded and thorough study of yoga from a variety of perspectives. We empasize yoga as more than just exercise, it is a spiritual and philosophical lifestyle. This is a great way to deepen your understanding of yoga, develop your own personal practice, and of course, how to teach it to others.

You will learn how to sequence a yoga class as well as study in yoga history and . You will also learn basic inversions in aerial yoga and how to spot them in classes. Our training also has a focus on safety and proper rigging, which is essential when teaching aerial yoga!

You will walk away from this training with not only all the skills necessary to ensure you are ready to teach yoga on a professional level, but also with a transformed body and mind to stay motivated in following your soul purpose.

All levels are welcome on this course, even if you do not plan to teach right away, because we believe yoga is for everyone.

If you're looking to get a copy of the Holy Grail of yoga, look no further. It can not get as comprehensive as Samanova Yoga or Lindsay Nova's full 300hrs - Vinyasa, Pranayama, Yin, Nidra, Aerial, Restorative, Pilates, Ashtanga - and all these styles have been discussed in both old school and modern methodologies, which i believe helps you understand more on how you would groom yourself, or what kind of teacher you would be, it just helps you gear up for all the challenges. Apart from that, there's the Business side of yoga as well, which does help, especially if you're looking at this as your new career move or you want to get more structured as a yogi entrepreneur. We are all in a group chat, so we kind of are connected with every student, so it just becomes one big family, that pushes each other further. This helps a lot coz, there will be times that you will reach a plateau, or get overwhelmed with a lot on your plate. I've enjoyed the reading materials, and all the videos of Philosophies, this was really more than worth it. Full Review
