I came into this yoga program through the online training during the pandemic. I was an 'experienced beginner', having practiced yoga for about 15 years and taken teacher trainings for yin, restorative, laughter, and sport yoga, but never a 200hr training. I chose the 'trauma informed yoga teacher' certification, which was very thorough and has helped me with my own practice. My Vinyasa Practice is a school I have and continue to recommend due to the diversity of perspectives, the thoroughness of the training material, the scientific approach to anatomy, and the affordability. I felt like I received so much more than I paid in tuition, including hours and hours of advanced lectures on every single sub-topic of yoga. I loved the lectures focusing on how to be an inclusive teacher for all races, abilities, ethnicities, genders, and body sizes. This school and the courses I have enrolled in have truly improved my life and I will always proudly share that I received my 200hr training from MVP. Full Review
