GaiaYoga* School is established in 2006 by Sandra D. Bianco as the first Teacher Training program based on Ashtanga & Vinyasa Yoga (TT200 & TT300) in Croatia.

Our Foundation Course (RYS200+) is designed for aspiring ashtanga & vinyasa teachers who want to make a step forward and share their knowledge with others, as well as for serious yoga practitioners who simply want to deepen their practice, to know more about "yogic way of life" and get into the Heart of Yoga. The understanding and practice of asana is the milestone of the program, and is complemented with the study of classical yoga philosophy, meditation, pranayama, traditional kriyas, ayurveda and anatomy. 10 generations of safe, mindful and inspiring new teachers are our greatest achievement.

GaiaYoga Advanced Course (RYS300) is adding 300+ hrs to the foundation course throughout TT modules, workshops and retreats with GaiaYoga Sr. teachers, and other experts in their field. As our high quality standards require, the number of participants is limited in order to follow each student individually. 

GaiaYoga Prenatal Course (RPYS) is our newest Training program, based on 10 years of experience in teaching and studying Prenatal yoga. 90+ hours of practice and study with lead teacher Sandra D. Bianco and experienced guest teachers throughout 6 modules.

* Gaia is Pre-Olympian Greek earth goddess, worshiped as mother of all. Gaia Bodhi Tree is the tree under which the Buddha attained enlightenment. It is believed that a descendant of the original tree is preserved at Bodh Gaya, India.
