The Movement Life’s Yoga Teacher Training (YTT+) weaves the most time-tested elements of yoga into a next-gen movement practice.
Where the Method is the ‘brains’ of a science-backed evolution of physical movement, YTT+ is the heart and soul of this certification. Once you’ve started affecting how people feel in their bodies, it changes everything. YTT+ gives you the tools to guide that new way of being — for yourself, and everyone who moves with you.
To be a truly transformative teacher, you have to move the whole person, from their deepest layers of being into their lives off their mats.
We’ll explore the transformative breath, mediation, and mindfulness practices that yoga perfected long ago and science is only just starting to understand.
