As part of the Yoga Alliance Social Credentialing system, teachers that register with Yoga Alliance must submit a review of the RYS training program they completed.

Feedback from trainees provides Registered Yoga Schools with the opportunity to understand their trainees’ experiences in order to continually improve their trainings.

By choosing to display comments, schools enable trainees to provide insight into a school’s culture and training which helps potential trainees choose the right teacher training for their individual path with yoga.

  Zuna Yoga delivered beyond my expectations. It was so much more than a certificate to become a yoga teacher, it was a personal transformation and gaining of a global family. What I also really liked about their training was the in-depth curriculum. Now years after I completed, I know even more about the quality (or the lack there is) that is out there. And I have been more than once baffled by the lack of history, philosophy and anatomy that Zuna Yoga delivered on top of the tools of practice and methodologies. With Zuna Yoga you gain all the insights, tools and personal growth that is needed in order to become a well-rounded yoga teacher ready to embrace your students and pass the knowledge onwards. Thank you Zuna Yoga, Everett and Katherine!

  It's been nearly 6 years since I've completed my training with Zuna in Bali. The experience was not what I had hoped it to be and was the opposite of the positive 200 hour I had with a different school. I am sure there are plenty of reviewers who had a wonderful and fulfilling training with them - that was not the case for me. What it did spurn was nearly 500 hours of additional training after the fact diving into all aspects of this training that didn't resonate and ultimately lead me to many wonderful, open, knowledgable teachers around the world who better represented the yoga whom I may have never met if I hadn't had such a negative experience here.

We're always open to feedback from our students, as we constantly endeavor to improve our offerings. Our curriculum and staff have evolved a lot over the years, and recent student reviews attest to the high quality of our programs. We can't draw any specific direction or suggestions from what you've written, and we haven't heard anything else from you during or after your training. However we acknowledge receipt and we're glad you found inspiration from your continued studies in yoga.
