Afresh Yoga Academy is a registered yoga school (RYS) of the Yoga Alliance. 200 Hours Yoga Teacher Training Course is an internationally recognized yoga teacher training course. It is suitable for participants who are interested in becoming a yoga instructor or yoga enthusiasts.
Yoga Alliance is an international management committee that provides standard and training courses to yoga teachers in the United States and all around the world. Graduates of the 200 Hours Yoga Teacher Training Course able to apply and become the registered RYT (registered yoga teacher) of the Yoga Alliance. And it means that you are now a qualified yoga teacher that able to achieve a higher level and other internationally recognized yoga qualifications. The graduation certificate of the 200 Hours Yoga Teacher Training Course will the strongest approval that you are a qualified yoga teacher with systematic training.
Our 200 Hours Yoga Teacher Training Course aims to share our knowledge, skills and tools, cultivate more ideal yoga practitioners, and empower individuals with aspirations. Even to become excellent yoga teachers in the future.
Our goal is to guide the students to build healthy self-confidence, hold a passionate learning attitude, and lead them to take the first step in the long learning journey of yoga. This course is designed for those who aspire to become yoga instructors, want to learn the correct yoga concepts, and have a clear understanding of the teaching process and skills. Students need to pass self-exercise, teaching assistant practice, case design homework, examination, establish accreditation qualification.

As part of the Yoga Alliance Social Credentialing system, teachers that register with Yoga Alliance must submit a review of the RYS training program they completed.

Feedback from trainees provides Registered Yoga Schools with the opportunity to understand their trainees’ experiences in order to continually improve their trainings.

By choosing to display comments, schools enable trainees to provide insight into a school’s culture and training which helps potential trainees choose the right teacher training for their individual path with yoga.
