Reviews

As part of the Yoga Alliance Social Credentialing system, teachers that register with Yoga Alliance must submit a review of the RYS training program they completed.

Feedback from trainees provides Registered Yoga Schools with the opportunity to understand their trainees’ experiences in order to continually improve their trainings.

By choosing to display comments, schools enable trainees to provide insight into a school’s culture and training which helps potential trainees choose the right teacher training for their individual path with yoga.

The best part is that everyone feels welcome in the training -- you don't need a special background or ability! I felt very included, and liked that the training wasn't judgmental and you were given the freedom to believe what you want, in terms of the philosophy. The manual and syllabus were built up very logically, so everything made sense as we went further in the training. I feel like I received a solid platform for understanding and teaching yoga, and feel like I learned so much about all the areas of being a teacher and felt prepared to teach when I graduated.

The Atman Yoga School is one of the leading Vinyasa teacher trainings in Norway. The 200hr training is very practical oriented, yet, steeped with philosophy and wisdom.

I can strongly recommend Atman Yoga School to any student who may wish to expand their knowledge and dive deeper into both Yoga and Ayurveda. For me this was the perfect combination. It has left me with knowledge both about the yogic journey, but also being able to assess my own health and well-being from a more holistic approach. Something that I now incorporate into my teachings.

I'm really proud to be part of the Atman Yoga Tribe. Jessica taught me a lot more than Yoga but also how to be an ethical professional that cares about delivering the best content to their students. Thank you AYS!

Taking my 200h teacher training with Atman Yoga School was the best decision I made in 2020. Jessica and her team are knowledgeable, kind and welcoming teachers who encouraged us to develop our own authentic voices as new yoga teachers. They provided us with a complete toolbox and techniques that allow us to start teaching right away. But the best part is you walk out of the school not only with the knowledge you need as a yoga teacher but also with the community and support group every individual dreams of.
