Yoga of Energy Flow is a style of flow yoga in which breath, movement and asana are combined with physical and energetic alignments to create a transformational practice. Integrating strength training (physical body), energy cultivation (subtle body), and open awareness (causal body), Yoga of Energy Flow draws from Kundalini Yoga, Meridian Yoga, Kali Ray TriYoga, and Qigong with simple but powerful practices that increase and balance the flow of pranic energy through our body, mind, and spirit.

Reviews

As part of the Yoga Alliance Social Credentialing system, teachers that register with Yoga Alliance must submit a review of the RYS training program they completed.

Feedback from trainees provides Registered Yoga Schools with the opportunity to understand their trainees’ experiences in order to continually improve their trainings.

By choosing to display comments, schools enable trainees to provide insight into a school’s culture and training which helps potential trainees choose the right teacher training for their individual path with yoga.

I have been teaching yoga for 15 years. I am also a C-IAYT certified, and have a private practice. I hadn't finished my 300 hour and decided to go with Daniel Orlansky and his "Yoga of Energy Flow" . It was so amazing. I dove right back into the teachings of yoga and was filled with so much new information and practice. Daniel put together an amazing group of teachers who I just loved. Daniel is knowledgeable, kind and patient. He is a master and knows his craft. I will continue to call Daniel my teacher and will continue to do trainings with him and take his classes. I am grateful for the opportunity to practice and study with Daniel.

My experience with Yoga of Energy Flow teacher training was incredibly exceptional. I could not imagine having a more positive and enlightening educational experience. The instructors were so knowledgeable and taught with such grace. It was such a pleasure to have the opportunity to be a part of this program. Full Review

It would have been supportive to practice teaching in the fall in small chunks and then continue to build up our skills. Full Review
