Anant yoga school's Yoga Teacher Training programs are designed to provide you truly authentic ancient eastern knowledge of yoga with modern western science concept. The primary objective of Anant yoga school's   teachings understandable and available to all by simplifying them into 6 keys, showing specific ways to develop physical and mental health as well as spiritual growth through -  Drishti (Gaze, Vision), Yoga Aahar (Yogic diet), Yoga Asana ( Yoga Exercise), Yoga Pranayama ( Yoga Breathing), Dhyana (Meditation) and Shithilikran (Relaxation).
Our School  with locations in Rishikesh, Dharamsala, and Uttarkashi, India, we offer several different types of environments for your yoga education. Our school offers an all-inclusive approach, so there is no need to worry about accommodations or meals during the training. The program is designed to allow the participant to focus on their yoga training 100%, being immersed in the yoga lifestyle.  Comfortable rooms, healthy vegetarian meals, and a structured daily schedule in the ability to focus on your spiritual training as you enjoy the wonderful history and culture of India. Our staff members are here to assist you 24 hours a day with any concerns or needs you may have. The program is mostly focused on traditional Hatha yoga, however we do often include techniques from Ashtanga yoga as well. During the course you will learn about Group Asana Practice, Standing & Balance Postures, Sitting Postures, Twisting Postures, Forward Bending & Backward Bending Postures, Arm Balancing Postures, Stabilizing Postures, Hip Opening Postures, Inverted Postures, Restorative Postures, Classic Sun Salutations, Shatkarma kriya, Introduction to Mudras, Pranayama, Mantra and Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Bandhas and , Adjusting & Assisting Yoga Asana, Creative & Effective Sequencing, Theming, The Business of Yoga, Yoga Anatomy and Physiology, Energetic Anatomy, Yoga for well being, The Eight Limbs, Philosophy, and History of Yoga, The Language of Yoga (Sanskrit), Ayurveda: The Yogic Diet & Lifestyle, Yoga Ethics, Karma Yoga and how to be an effective yoga teacher, among many other topics.

Feedback from trainees provides Registered Yoga Schools with the opportunity to understand their trainees’ experiences in order to continually improve their trainings.
