The mission of Inbody Academy is to bring the deeper aspects of yoga and mindfulness to a higher standard of teaching and in daily life. Inbody is an independent College of Yoga in Salt Lake City Utah for 20 years. Inbody Academy formally meets and exceeded the New Yoga Alliance 200 Hour Standards including outstanding ONLINE trainings.

Although we are a school of yoga with ongoing trainings, we do keep our classes small to support the highest standards in our graduates. Inbody continually evolves and refines our teaching and standards as well as working with every learning style based on new knowledge of science and best teaching practices.

Inbody Academy does do not teach a belief system but encourages and support you on your own path, wherever you are at in your practice and life. We merge principles from alignment and mindfulness inspired by traditions such as Iyengar and Anusara with a modern understanding of the science of the body and mind. Our  trainings offer some of the most comprehensive, high-level instruction you can find, with world-class experts in their field.  Using alignment based asana, and vinyasa as well as working with the breathe and mindfulness as tools, Inbody Trainings will support you find your true potential and to help others to do the same.

Many of the outstanding Yoga Instructors who helped create and form the Academy remain with us today.  If you speak to a successful local Teacher or Studio owner,  odds are you will find that they trained at Inbody Academy!

Reviews

As part of the Yoga Alliance Social Credentialing system, teachers that register with Yoga Alliance must submit a review of the RYS training program they completed.

Feedback from trainees provides Registered Yoga Schools with the opportunity to understand their trainees’ experiences in order to continually improve their trainings.

By choosing to display comments, schools enable trainees to provide insight into a school’s culture and training which helps potential trainees choose the right teacher training for their individual path with yoga.

I had great teachers, but I would have liked a more organized student manual for future reference.
