FlyHighYoga™ School is Registered Yoga School (RYS) with Yoga Alliance since 2013. It offers quality FHY™ Teacher Trainings (Level 1 and Level 2), shorter FHY™ Workshops, as well 200h Yoga Teacher Training. All of the trainings follow Yoga Alliance’s standards.

FlyHighYoga™ developed in 2012 in Bali, Indonesia with development of FHY™ Hanging Belt, based on Iyengar-yoga tradition and it's yoga Korunta (work with the ropes). The progress was made when the Belt was adjusted and suspended from the ceiling (not connected to the wall) which enlarges variety of yoga posses and other movement that can be performed in a Belt. Still, FlyHighYoga™ is using all traditional yoga knowledge and is extremely focused on correct alignment - our first aim is to make sure posses are performed safely and that with alignment-based knowledge we receive in performed posses their optimum benefits.
Founder of FlyHighYoga™ Jose Luis Jimenez is originally trained in Thai Chi and Iyengar Yoga.

Reviews

As part of the Yoga Alliance Social Credentialing system, teachers that register with Yoga Alliance must submit a review of the RYS training program they completed.

Feedback from trainees provides Registered Yoga Schools with the opportunity to understand their trainees’ experiences in order to continually improve their trainings.

By choosing to display comments, schools enable trainees to provide insight into a school’s culture and training which helps potential trainees choose the right teacher training for their individual path with yoga.
