The Power Yoga Akademie is an educational center with Czech and international accreditation. It brings an innovative program which is focused on training and educating yoga instructors. With the new accreditation RYT200 the Power Yoga Academy has become internationally recognized yoga school, which also grants the basic yoga certificate RYT200 valid for the whole world. The part of this education is also a 150-hour training course in the Czech Republic.
The educational program (Yoga Teacher Training) is the systematic training in yoga philosophy, the practice of asanas and pranayamas together with its theory, all of it with the aim to learn how to apply that to our everyday life. The Yoga Teacher Training develops student´s practice and the ability to share their yoga and yoga lifestyle knowledge and experience with public. It influences each other and deepens the ability to teach yoga at two basic approaches: a power yoga and hatha yoga. Both yoga styles are taught in the interplay and stand on the principles of the healthy yoga practice. Through the systematic and varied teaching the new lectors are taught how to lead their yoga lessons with regard to the group of people. Basic knowledge and practice which are taught at several sections develop the professionalism and quality of the leading yoga lessons. Training includes both theoretical and practical part. The system is complemented by self-study with predetermined outputs which complete the practice education of yoga teachers.
