We are the longest running Yoga School and Teacher Training in Ohio, We been teaching Yoga at this location since 1978 and have been training Yoga Teachers since 1982. In 2005, we became a "Registered Yoga School" (RYS) at the 200 hour level.
In addition to our 200 hour certification, we also offer a 500 hour level certification (not YA approved), a 1000 hour Yoga Mentorship program, and specialty certifications including teaching Meditation, Yoga Nidra. We practice and teach the classical eight-limbed Aṣṭāṅga Yoga (Raja Yoga) as codified by Patañjali in the Yoga Sutras
► Beginning, Intermediate and Advanced Hatha Yoga
► Meditation, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, and other aspects of Aṣṭāṅga and Yoga Philosophy

► Yoga Teacher Training and Certification. We have been training Yoga & meditation teachers longer than any school we know of in Ohio, and have trained many of the area's most experienced teachers.
Please note that we trach traditional Aṣṭāṅga Yoga do NOT teach Ashtanga Yoga as taught by K. Pattabhi Jois. Some of our public classes and workshops may be taught in that tradition, depending on our current teaching staff, but it is not part of our Yoga Teacher Training and Certification Program..
