Prana Yoga College is lovingly run by Shakti Mhi. Together with her highly skilled staff and teachers, Prana Yoga College has trained hundreds of yoga leaders around the globe.

The teaching is transformational, experiential and deeply profound. The trainings are far more than just learning about the postures – which is why it is open to people with a variety of yoga experiences.

The college is especially relevant if you are looking to :
- Learn how to teach with confidence and precision.
- Take your practice to the next level and go beyond the physical .
- Fully integrate asana (poses) with meditation • immerse yourself in a retreat of like-minded people.
- Cleanse your body, discipline your mind, and awaken your spirit.

Shakti Mhi way of life is TEACHING. To this end she runs and manage Prana Yoga College and has manifested a beautiful sanctuary in Tel Aviv called “The Center for Blissful Living,” a home for the College students and teachers.

Shakti Mhi sees all her students as an extended family where its members support and get support from each other. Her approach is that life should be celebrated and not “celibated.”

Shakti Mhi has taught yoga and managed yoga centers in different countries for more than three decades. She has been dividing her time between teaching yoga classes and training teachers. Eventually, Shakti decided to completely devote her time to spreading the spiritual teaching of yoga so this ancient path would continue, and not disappear amidst the trends of westernized yoga.

Reviews

As part of the Yoga Alliance Social Credentialing system, teachers that register with Yoga Alliance must submit a review of the RYS training program they completed.

Feedback from trainees provides Registered Yoga Schools with the opportunity to understand their trainees’ experiences in order to continually improve their trainings.

By choosing to display comments, schools enable trainees to provide insight into a school’s culture and training which helps potential trainees choose the right teacher training for their individual path with yoga.
