Join Billy Barefoot Yogi and Padma Dharmata for a unique HOT YOGA teacher training unlike any other, where you will be challenged to move beyond your limits and will look deep into Self-discovery! This training is not JUST about postures, and it is not JUST about alignment (though these things are included). This training is much beyond the idea and the culture of yoga, and challenges the seeker to look beyond the surface of all things!

This unique training combines the physical practice of yoga with scientific evidence, psychology, and spirituality, as well as motivation and the power of belief! This training also focuses on adapting yoga to all people, of all abilities. ACCESSIBLE YOGA is a focus. Some train to teach, and some train to deepen their own yoga practice and journey.

***For Online RYT-200: Our online school of yoga, "Bare Yogis", hosts a 200-hour yoga teacher training that is a "go at your own pace" training, and allows as much contact and interaction with other students and with the instructors as you like or need! We have received raving reviews from our online format, and work one-on-one with each student to ensure their greatest success! More information available on our website at bareyogis.com/200hourtraining299.***

Our weekend-based trainings meet every 3-4 weekends, on Fri/Sat/Sun. Friday 4pm-9pm, Saturday 9am-6pm, Sunday 9am-4pm. Lots of lodging options nearby as needed. The immersive training is a straight 28-day training, with lodging provided, incorporated into the cost. Those details will be announced on our website as they are available!

Reviews

As part of the Yoga Alliance Social Credentialing system, teachers that register with Yoga Alliance must submit a review of the RYS training program they completed.

Feedback from trainees provides Registered Yoga Schools with the opportunity to understand their trainees’ experiences in order to continually improve their trainings.

By choosing to display comments, schools enable trainees to provide insight into a school’s culture and training which helps potential trainees choose the right teacher training for their individual path with yoga.

I had taken a few of Padma's hot yoga classes in a local studio, and was so excited when I heard she and Billy have an online teacher training. I am so thrilled to have completed my training at Bare Yogis.

The bare yogis program was awesome- I learned so much and definitely grew in my practice and feel prepared to begin teaching. They are very dedicated to seeing their mission of yoga for everybody through and it showed in every aspect of the program. Full Review
