An Authentic Yoga Teacher Training which has Graduated more than 1100 students in USA, Japan, Mexico and India. Namah Shivaya was founded by Yoga Acharya Tej Monga, who has been studying and practising yoga for more than 26 years. Acharya Tej was born and raised in India and studied with the Sivananda tradition in New Delhi and Rishikesh in the Himalayas. We offer 200 Hour Training in two formats, 5 Week Intensive and 4 1/2 month Weekend Training. We also offer in depth studies for the advanced 300 Hour Teacher Training along with 1000 Hour Master Certification programs. Whether you are a practicing yogi or aspiring to become a yoga teacher, our programs offer an in depth understanding of the core principles of the asana , pranayama and meditation practice. Our 200 training has its roots in Hatha Yoga and the 300 Hour program offers an introduction to Raja Yoga while the 1000 Hour Master Certification focuses on Tantra Yoga techniques.
