Embodied Flow™ is a continuum of movement and expression that draws from the discoveries of various hatha, tantric and somatic movement systems in order to experience yoga as a living art form. Embodied Flow™ provides the technology for a deep sense of ease, strength and connectivity in the human form. This in turn, empowers the practitioner to be their own greatest teacher as they expand, integrate and facilitate awareness in their entire body-mind.

As a teacher of hatha yoga for many years, Tara Judelle has constantly sought ways to deepen the yoga conversation through movement, and experience. Through philosophical study, meditation, self-inquiry and hatha practice the ever-unfolding inner landscape has quantumly expanded her  perception of the outer experience.

Greatly inspired by the teachings of Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen and her development of the comprehensive system of Body Mind Centering®, Tara Judelle has sought to infuse the often rigorous, athletic hatha systems with the profound sense of support and fluidity she found from exploring the world of BMC embedded in the comprehensive map of tantric understanding.  Now, with the interest of bringing this way of seeing and teaching to those that wish to share this group dialogue, Tara Judelle is establishing a multitude of group exploration experiences to contribute to our collective unfolding.

BASIC RYT-200
The 200-hour level foundational yoga teacher training provides a comprehensive introduction to the philosophy and methodology of yoga from an Embodied Flow™ perspective. Topics and practices include asana, embodied anatomy, pranayama, meditation and the foundations of non-dual tantric philosophy. I would do it all again... The training was incredible, the teacher, the assistant teacher, the other students and the retreat centre. It was more than I could have ever imagined.

The School of Embodied Flow, woke me up in way that extended beyond a downward dog. I felt a deep sense of connectivity to people and my place within a wider world. Tara has a wonderfully nuanced and intelligent way of teasing out what’s already inside to help you form a creative, authentic voice. I came home with a sense of purpose in a way I’d never felt before. Big recommend! Full Review

The Embodied Flow school is a very unique school. It really engages with the mind x body connection that is so important for healing, growth, and awareness. This training really focuses its attention on the free and somatic movement teachings, growth of self, awareness of presence, and subtle body comprehension. Full Review
