Embodied Flow™ is a continuum of movement and expression that draws from the discoveries of various hatha, tantric and somatic movement systems in order to experience yoga as a living art form. Embodied Flow™ provides the technology for a deep sense of ease, strength and connectivity in the human form. This in turn, empowers the practitioner to be their own greatest teacher as they expand, integrate and facilitate awareness in their entire body-mind.

As a teacher of hatha yoga for many years, Tara Judelle has constantly sought ways to deepen the yoga conversation through movement, and experience. Through philosophical study, meditation, self-inquiry and hatha practice the ever-unfolding inner landscape has quantumly expanded her  perception of the outer experience.

Greatly inspired by the teachings of Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen and her development of the comprehensive system of Body Mind Centering®, Tara Judelle has sought to infuse the often rigorous, athletic hatha systems with the profound sense of support and fluidity she found from exploring the world of BMC embedded in the comprehensive map of tantric understanding.  Now, with the interest of bringing this way of seeing and teaching to those that wish to share this group dialogue, Tara Judelle is establishing a multitude of group exploration experiences to contribute to our collective unfolding.

BASIC RYT-200
The 200-hour level foundational yoga teacher training provides a comprehensive introduction to the philosophy and methodology of yoga from an Embodied Flow™ perspective. Topics and practices include asana, embodied anatomy, pranayama, meditation and the foundations of non-dual tantric philosophy. With a focus on the process of self-inquiry, self-discovery and transformation, students will deepen their own journey in the Living Art of Yoga™ while preparing to lead others on the path with skill and authenticity.

ADVANCED RYT-500
At the 300-hour level we invite students of other lineages into the Embodied Flow™ Advanced Training. Each of these Advanced Yoga Modules gives you hours towards your Embodied Flow™ School of Yoga 300-hour Advanced Training. Advanced yoga practitioners are also invited to join these intensives and will be credited with Continuing Education Units (CEU). The Advanced Yoga Modules can be taken by section or all together.

These advanced modules include:
Module 1: Body
Sensing & Somatization from an Embodied Anatomy Perspective (100 hours)

Module 2: Mind
Somatic Psychology, Pranayama and Physiology (100 hours)

Module 3: Expression
Theming, Voice and Movement (100 hours)

The School of Embodied Flow, woke me up in way that extended beyond a downward dog. I felt a deep sense of connectivity to people and my place within a wider world. Tara has a wonderfully nuanced and intelligent way of teasing out what’s already inside to help you form a creative, authentic voice. I came home with a sense of purpose in a way I’d never felt before. Big recommend!

The Embodied Flow school is a very unique school. It really engages with the mind x body connection that is so important for healing, growth, and awareness. This training really focuses its attention on the free and somatic movement teachings, growth of self, awareness of presence, and subtle body comprehension.

I feel very lucky to have found my way to The School of Embodied Flow and Tara Judelle, where I am part of a genuinely inspirational and unique learning community, with amazing, embodied Yoga and Authentic Somatic Movement practices and experiences that are incredibly stimulating, scintillating, and life-affirming. I am most particular about the quality of movement learning experiences I go out of my way to engage in; what I look for the most is the potential to be in an experiential environment with myself and others that strives to be uninhibited and authentic. Offering fluid, ‘in the moment’ body mind movement conversations, within a well held invitational safe space, a learning place filled with intuitive and informed knowledge, like a well-considered wild garden in full bloom. I found it here! I genuinely love Tara Judelle and her School of Embodied Flow; she has a deep understanding of Tantric Yoga and Movement Arts Therapy that transcends other Yoga teacher trainings. Tara’s’ offerings are immensely well curated, Intelligent, creative and effectual, having developed a superbly crafted and abundant treasure-trove of valuable tools and trainings, with the help of her A list invited teachers and Embodied Flow team. As a facilitator Tara is intuitively curious, playfully funny, quirky, kind and smart, and I love her warm and inviting energy. These trainings are a sublime joy to be part of and I feel very blessed that I found what I was looking for here. I have done a lot of movement trainings over the years and Embodied Flow clearly stands out as being the very best in informed knowledge and exquisite free flow movement offerings. Tara is a trailblazer, calving out and shaping new possibilities through rigorous investigations into what it is to be life force.
