Established in 2002, Inner Power Yoga® has evolved into a tribe of love-minded yogis committed to offering personal empowerment, global community, and a comprehensive yoga education.

Inner Power Yoga® is a dynamic yoga style which combines alignment principles with authentic Yoga philosophy, history, mythology, and psychology to inspire the whole person.

Founding director, R.R. Shakti, PhD, offers a mastery of anatomy and alignment principles along with dynamic story telling, and real-life integration. She holds a BA in Traditional Eastern Arts with an emphasis in Yoga, and her graduate work focused on Mythology and Depth Psychology. She specializes in Tantrik philosophy and Yoga Psychology and has studied holistic approaches to health and psycho-spiritual well-being for nearly 20 years.

Each of the Inner Power Yoga® directors offers an in-depth understanding of yoga foundations as well as more than a decade of diverse teaching experience.

Inner Power Yoga® workshops and education programs were created specifically to empower your personal practice and to enrich your understanding of yoga history, mythology, and philosophy.

Learn tools of optimal self-care and psycho-spiritual well-being. Discover a deeper connection with your true self, and prepare for a meaningful career as a dynamic and competent leader in the field of yoga.

Reviews

As part of the Yoga Alliance Social Credentialing system, teachers that register with Yoga Alliance must submit a review of the RYS training program they completed.

Feedback from trainees provides Registered Yoga Schools with the opportunity to understand their trainees’ experiences in order to continually improve their trainings.

By choosing to display comments, schools enable trainees to provide insight into a school’s culture and training which helps potential trainees choose the right teacher training for their individual path with yoga.
