At the sanctuary, everyone is welcomed at its own level and guided further on its own path and practice in an authentic environment. We hold Yoga Teacher Training twice a year. Reviews

As part of the Yoga Alliance Social Credentialing system, teachers that register with Yoga Alliance must submit a review of the RYS training program they completed.

Feedback from trainees provides Registered Yoga Schools with the opportunity to understand their trainees’ experiences in order to continually improve their trainings.

By choosing to display comments, schools enable trainees to provide insight into a school’s culture and training which helps potential trainees choose the right teacher training for their individual path with yoga.

I am very happy that I could take part in this very deep teacher training. The content on physical and selfhealing approach was based on latest scientific, ayurvedic and yogic knowledge. The spiritual practice was very deep and precious leading to the next level.

After several months of practice and taught to students of different nationalities and ages. I can say that the classes were really useful for me, it's amazing how I am able to give Yoga classes and to see the students happy with the results, it makes me very happy.

We had all the fondements for teaching a class, but I found that we could've practiced them a little bit more to feel even more confident!

I really loved that this teacher training is so variated, and as well as to focusing on the Asana part, also really goes deeper into Pranayama, Mediatation, philosophy and the more subtile parts of the Yoga practice.

The two hundred hour training gave me a very comprehensive level of knowledge in all aspects of yoga: asanas, philosophy, Ayurvedic health, presenting well to students etc., The 300 hour training took all the information I had learned and deepened it. I feel so honored to have been accepted and given this opportunity to live my dream of yoga.

This intensive was a spiritual journey...an awakening, a purification, a surrendering. On a more "practica" level, a wealth of information was shared with us by passionate knowledgeable teachers who love what they do & cared deeply about us. This experience has shaped me into a life worker not simply a "yoga teacher" The energy that has been awakened fills every cell of my being.
