As part of the Yoga Alliance Social Credentialing system, teachers that register with Yoga Alliance must submit a review of the RYS training program they completed.

Feedback from trainees provides Registered Yoga Schools with the opportunity to understand their trainees’ experiences in order to continually improve their trainings.

  I started my Yoga Journey about 5 years ago, back in 2018. In 2020 due to the covid circumstances, I found the Bend it like Buddha Algarve School and decided to do my 200 Hour Training with them. It was a great decision and I am more than happy I had the chance to learn, practice and get my first teaching experience with them. Even after the training I felt still taken care of and supported. I also started teaching online for them, right after I completed my teacher training, with helped me a lot to get more confidence in my teachings. I can definitely recommend this school.
