Reviews

As part of the Yoga Alliance Social Credentialing system, teachers that register with Yoga Alliance must submit a review of the RYS training program they completed.

Feedback from trainees provides Registered Yoga Schools with the opportunity to understand their trainees’ experiences in order to continually improve their trainings.

By choosing to display comments, schools enable trainees to provide insight into a school’s culture and training which helps potential trainees choose the right teacher training for their individual path with yoga.

I love how Karla is conscious of preservation of the Yoga culture. She is very traditional and I loved her class. Very informative and the yoga was just amazing. It was an honor to learn from her!

Karla’s training program was much more than I could have imagined! She has a wealth of knowledge that she graciously shared with us and I feel extremely prepared to begin teaching. Her use of virtual and in-person instruction was seamless and an excellent way to fit this program into my busy life.

Such a great program! Karla runs a very comprehensive YTT program, and I came away learning more than I had expected. I highly recommend this program to anyone who is looking for a more traditional YTT program, as you will come away with a deeper understanding of yoga's roots, its philosophy, and how to teach with this tradition in mind.

Karla Cain is such a blessing, as an authentic Yoga Teacher. Her program was everything I was hoping for, and more. I would attend anything that she offers. Her education style is for every person. She has the ability to guide every student with grace and ease.

Karla Cain from Sattvic Sage Ayurveda and Yoga is a wonderful teacher and person. I thoroughly enjoyed this Yoga Teacher Training and learnt a lot is a fairly short amount of time. This Yoga Teacher Training Program offers a lot more than is needed for a regular certification. You will not only learn Yoga philosophy and practice, but you will also have a basic understanding of Ayurveda and how both streams interconnect. Besides Hatha and Vinyasa, you will also learn Yin and Restorative as well as chair yoga, not to mention the teacher will guide you through the professional development, if you decide to teach. So this is an authentic and comprehensive program that includes various styles of yoga. I highly recommend this YTT if you ever thought about learning yoga for your own health, wellness and spiritual development and are maybe also considering becoming a teacher.
