To what extent do you feel this program met the following learning objective; The student will become confident with human anatomy within the context of teaching yoga

My experience at Namaskar was exceptional. The program was so flexible. For my financial situation and time, it allowed me learn ... and continue and apply my teaching abilities a little at a time. It took me a few years, but the experience was so worth it! This past November I finally completed the 200RYT program. This was a journey in the making and I wouldn't do it any different. I Thank the super lead teachers, Kathleen and Doug. I give Namaskar Teacher School a 10 out 10!!!

Namaskar Yoga Teacher Training was truly the perfect safe & inclusive environment I could of ever dreamed of to complete my goal of becoming a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher. Throughout the flexible weekend courses available I was able to plan & structure exactly how I wanted to complete all the modules. I met so many like minded and inspiring people through this journey who were on similar paths and who I was able to network with. Kathleen is kind and patient and is able to create the most amazing environment where she encourages both independent & group study and helps her students to find their individual path and passion. Each module was full of training and knowledge and I left after completing every one feeling educated, excited and ready to go out and teach! Full Review
