200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program NYC/ Portland OR

Teaching yoga is a flexible, rewarding career and can be a lucrative way to support your art, education or whatever your personal endeavors are.

The benefits you receive from this training will transcend beyond our classroom and into the rest of your life. Whether you go on to teach thousands of classes, help a loved one manage sciatica or use this training to deepen your own practice, you will have a skill “in your back pocket” to draw on and the foundation for promoting life-long health and well-being.

Our endeavor is to spread the practice of yoga to varied communities.  To that end, we offer our training at a comparatively low cost. Our mission: train highly qualified teachers and give them the necessary skills to create viable yoga communities at a reasonable price.

Reviews

As part of the Yoga Alliance Social Credentialing system, teachers that register with Yoga Alliance must submit a review of the RYS training program they completed.

Feedback from trainees provides Registered Yoga Schools with the opportunity to understand their trainees’ experiences in order to continually improve their trainings.

By choosing to display comments, schools enable trainees to provide insight into a school’s culture and training which helps potential trainees choose the right teacher training for their individual path with yoga.

Three Sisters Yoga truly changed my life. Jen Whinnen has decades of experience of yoga as a craft, practice, exercise, belief system, and way of life. She cares so much about building community and I made lifelong friends through the program. She strengthened my practice far more than the past 8 years of studio practice could have. I feel confident and equipped to be a teacher who is authentically me. Full Review
