PRYT helps clients use their body as a doorway to awareness.  Out of that awareness comes transformation and change.  It’s simple, and it’s profound.   It’s why we’ve been training yoga teachers for close to 30 years.  It’s why psychotherapists, yoga teachers and others who want to support their clients in living their lives with less stress and greater authenticity come to us. We are more likely to take action in accordance with our own truth instead of staying stuck in old patterns and beliefs. While developed plans for personal development are valuable, the internally driven “advice” that comes through the body in a PRYT session or class is more likely to resonate with our truth and activate real change. Our graduates work with a wide and varied population serving many needs including relationship issues, cancer survival, work stress, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, dealing with change, aging, menopause, empowerment and life enhancement, and many more.  Ninety percent of our graduates say that their Phoenix Rising training was one of the most transforming experiences in their lives.

Reviews

As part of the Yoga Alliance Social Credentialing system, teachers that register with Yoga Alliance must submit a review of the RYS training program they completed.

Feedback from trainees provides Registered Yoga Schools with the opportunity to understand their trainees’ experiences in order to continually improve their trainings.

By choosing to display comments, schools enable trainees to provide insight into a school’s culture and training which helps potential trainees choose the right teacher training for their individual path with yoga.

Through training with PRYT, I learned tangible skills and tools to not only deepen my therapeutic teaching, but also how to be with myself and my clients, with whatever is coming up. Full Review

my experience with PRYT was overall very good. They are not without their humanness which was actually one of the things that I feel are their greatest strength. It was all experiential and I feel ready to provide the work to others. Full Review
