My Whole Self Training courses are for aspiring yoga instructors, as well as qualified instructors looking to expand their knowledge, and anyone who wants to deepen their personal practice. All of my courses are created for those who are looking to develop their physical and mental practice, as well as improve their own wellbeing through yoga, nutrition, mindfulness and self-care.
My courses are delivered 100% online and are fully approved and certified by Yoga Alliance. The courses combine live Zoom sessions with on-demand videos, online quizzes and downloadable manuals. They are designed to fit around your schedule, meaning you can complete them when and where you please.
