Join us as we learn how to bring the practice of Yoga Nidra into our teachings and how it connects the brain and the mind. Indu Arora will dive into Yoga Nidra and its four stages and how it can act as a bridge to higher stages of consciousness.

About the presenter

Indu Arora, E-RYT 500, YACEP, Ayurveda and yoga therapist, considers herself to be a lifetime yoga student. She has shared her knowledge and understanding of yoga philosophy, yoga therapy and Ayurveda since 1999 authoring books such as “Mudra: The Sacred Secret” and “Yoga: Ancient Heritage, Tomorrow’s Vision.” Indu Arora has studied both yoga and Ayurveda in a traditional Guru paramapara setting and is inspired by and has taught under Kriya Yoga, Himalayan Yoga, Kashmir Shivaism and Sivananda Yoga lineages. Her teaching style is rooted in empowering and inspiring students to awaken the inner Guru.
