About This Workshop

In this Online Workshop, you will learn tips to make your yoga class a supportive environment for those that are overwhelmed by the stresses of life, community, and the world, regardless of their beliefs and backgrounds.


About the Presenter

Cyndi Lee, E-RYT 500, YACEP, is the first female Western yoga teacher to integrate yoga asana and Tibetan Buddhism. As a Buddhist chaplain, Cyndi focuses on meditation and resiliency work. Author of the classic yoga text, Yoga Body Buddha Mind, she also writes for Yoga Journal and Lion’s Roar. Cyndi offers yoga classes, and Restorative, and Meditation Teacher Trainings.
