CE Workshop | Exploring the Spiritual Teachings of the Upanishads, Part 4

May 20, 2020, 10am ET

Yoga Alliance believes every human being has the right to practice yoga free from abuse, harassment, and manipulation. We are saddened by public reports of misconduct by Jafar Alexander, with whom we have worked closely, and who is stepping away from teaching yoga. For transparency and accountability, we will not be deleting video workshop replays featuring Jafar at this time; instead, we will be listening to the thoughts of our members on this subject. A statement for deeper context can be found here.

About This Workshop

The Upanishads are a beautiful collection of writings that expound the Vedas, ultimately revealing new aspects to yoga. This four-week series is designed to help attendees work through some of the Upanishad stories in a way that draws out applicable tools to enrich their yoga practices and service.

No need to complicate it. It's quite simple. Breathe, move, and find your way to silence. Everything you need to know is right here... Atha!"
